It's a general invitation that stretches from her blade mates to her mentors, to well, the whole of Netsach (as long as she knows them. Also extends to some Zangyaku friends). Of course, she asks her parents for permission first. ]

[ So. Brianna's birthday came by when they were in Tokyo. Everyone had a little something for her, and Yulia felt bad because she had absolutely no idea what to get her blademate.

And now she gets this text message, being invited to Haven to celebrate.

How horrible does Yulia feel? Very.

But she couldn't possibly say no. It takes her a while (over an hour) to think of a response. ]

[ So there's one Yulia Bostova, standing around by the bar at Haven. She could be seen looking at her Vice phone every now and then (where the fuck are you, Josh?!), frowning with a glass of vodka (or whatever alcoholic drink that she could get her hands on, anyway). She's seated at the bar, back to the dance floor, and generally looking like she wants to bail.

By now, she's turned down five strangers who'd come by offering her drinks and asking for her number. To be fair, the skirt was short and the sheer tights didn't really do much to hide her legs. She's been told they were very nice legs. More than once. By different people.

It's probably a good thing she hasn't thrown a knife at someone yet. ]

And then ogle at her for a bit because WOW. Tala did good. ]

[This one is a rare sight in Haven because Liandrin Delacroix supposedly doesn't know the meaning of "party". What makes this even better is the fact that she isn't in her usual Goth Girl Garb, but actually in a club-worthy, hot-as-hell dress. Anything for her number one student at the moment, right?

Anyway, Lia is generally sticking to herself at one table. She's watching the proceedings with a small smile, which means that she doesn't look annoyed, for once.]

[ She spotted Lia slip in one of the tables earlier, and she's bulldozed through the crowd to get to the bar, requesting for a bottle of Tequila Rose.

Then, she makes her way to where Lia is seated. WOW her mentor looks GOOD. ]

I'm sorry ma'am Lia, but you look... WOW. Thanks again for coming! I know this isn't really your scene though.

[ She smiles and gently places the bottle on her table. ]

[And beyond looking absolutely fabulous and being perfectly charming to whoever she ends up meeting, Tala is also serving as the One Girl Police Force for her bestie's party. That means that she's alternating between trying to get people drunk, and shamelessly chewing any potential source of danger to the fun out.

She has a few bottles of hard liquor in her hands and a sharp eye for vulnerable targets.

[ Brigade's standing by the bar with a Corona in hand. He's enjoying the music because this is his vibe. It's evident that he's enjoying himself, that he's transfixed by the lights, and how different the quality of the sound is as it reverberates through the hall of the club.

It's also evident that he feels very much out of his element. It's something new. And he isn't even in uniform. He's wearing the first set of clothes in the lookbook set Brianna sent him, with the brown leather shoes she'd suggested he'd found nice. She let him pick a pair of slim fit jeans though when he felt off about the skinny ones in the suggested set. He's happy to be here, but it's as if he's still gauging what he should be doing. ]

It has, admittedly, been a while since Riley's wandered this way.

Dressed now in a bowler hat and a suit, a nod to the charm of the Roaring 20's and making the rounds as best as he can, cane and all. Don't knock it -- he thinks it makes him look rather dignified, and he'd be right. ]

[And he had been chatting with some of the other senior hunters at the bar when he noticed Riley on the approach. The group he was with was quick to notice as well, and respectfully took their leave. That left more than enough stools open for the Daywalker.

Smiling now, and lifting his glass in his good friend's direction.]

[ Leaning by the bar and keeping an eye out so that things run smoothly tonight. Nothing but the best for Tala's new protege, after all, and besides, while Cisco hasn't had the opportunity to really talk to the Changeling, she'd had a chance to observe the girl at Quiapo -- and then there's that little thing about her being Hikaru's most recent "adoption", which makes her smile.

[ Someone is quietly seated up in the mezzanine, bobbing his head to the beat of the music and typing away on his laptop, because he got blackmailed by family into helping out with Aunt Tala's new protege's birthday bash. Not to say that Renae isn't enjoying himself or actually helping out -- the first couple of years of his childhood were spent above Haven, so he knows the place like the back of his hand.

Still, his twin sister is home on shore leave and she does the rounds making small-talk with perfect strangers better than him. This particular Reynardi is perfectly fine with keeping an eye from above, just in case someone needs him for something. ]

[Kaz is nice and comfy right now. He's managed to get a few drinks in him and maybe he wants a few minutes to catch his breath from dancing. Being a fan of high places, he thinks the mezzanine would be nice, so he makes his way up, and finds a quiet spot and plops down, content to fiddle with the hem of his shirt as he bobs his head to the music, his leather jacket deposited somewhere because he wanted to dance.

He doesn't notice he's got company until his eyes wander and he spots the older man, a mix of Tita Cisco's features and some vague approximation of Tito Cen's, but still very, very striking.

He kind of wants to say hi, but is unsure if he wants to interrupt.]

[ Alright, alright. Coming home wasn't such a bad idea. Neither is getting to help out her parents ensure that Aunt Tala's protege gets a perfect birthday bash. Maggie's already spotted the girl -- pretty, very pretty and sweet-looking -- but this Reynardi is a patient hunter and she figures you can't just bound over with zero introduction; she's got a little more grace than that.

So, hanging out wherever she can best keep in line of sight to both her mom and dad and anyone in the staff who needs a little helping hand, she's a Montelibano-Profaci after all.

Feel free to approach, she doesn't bite -- not unless you deserve it. And even then, it's probably because she likes you. ]

Weaving through the crowd and making a point to avoid w e l p Father Aidan and decidedly not looking Rethe's way since the angel is at the DJ booth ( so much for wishful thinking that Selene would be the one playing all night tonight ) and coming up behind Brianna before setting his present aside on the nearby bar and gently covering her eyes from behind. ]

[Oh he does love the clothes that Brianna picked out for him. The sneakers are particularly wonderful, with their neon lines glowing in the blacklights of Haven. At her suggestion, the leather jacket's just slung across his shoulders, an accent to the white shirt and the gloves (that oddly have the same pattern), and the two necklaces that artfully complete the outfit.

He's leaning against the bar, smiling at the turnout. Tonight, he's actually channeling his older sister's party aura, so prepare for Kaz at his most charming.]
