[ Wordlessly asking for the keys by holding a hand out, and then slowly... turning -- no wait. ]

So I just turn this and it starts? Or do I need to... do anything else?

[ She doesn't know if Josh is kidding or... ]

Put on your seatbelt, check the mirrors if they're right for your height, adjust the seat to make sure you reach the pedals... [ She enumerates all the preliminary steps for safety, while pointing to the corresponding parts of the car.

She's actually having fun, teaching Josh. It's kinda cute. ]

[ He is so not kidding.

Okay, now. Following everything Brianna is telling him. Seat, check. Mirrors, check ( So what do I need to--oh, okay ). Seatbelt, check. Everything else, check. ]

Alright, I think that's everything. [ Wew. Turning the key now, and feeling the car rev to life. ]

Hey, Bri, just checking up on you. It's kind of weird that Yulia, Taning and Kaz are absent from Falner.

[ Brig's also just sitting in the Leitman residence den, playing with Kitty as J has required him to play with his 3rd goddaughter while she goes hits some of her books in peace ]

[ She is oddly not worried at all. She really thinks that Josh has got this.

Plus, it's an automatic so it shouldn't be so bad. ...Right?

Smiling at Josh as she's giving further instructions. ]

Yep! You've got that part down pat.

[ She then proceeds to point at the pedals by Josh's feet, specifying accordingly which one is gas and which one is the break. ]

[ No need to tell her parents in advance that a friend is stopping by. They're very accommodating, after all. They won't mind, so she's just grabbing some refreshments and food and brings them to the tree house. ]

[ Finally, somebody she can identify with. Not that she's against them leaving or anything, it's just really different. ]

[ Nodding as he takes the instructions in, asling questions where he can interject just to clarify. Hands on the wheel, check rearview, foot stepping on the gas--

--and the car lurching forward that a moment of panic sets in and he hits the brakes. ]

[ She is just amused. Clutching her purse tightly, but she's laughing. ]

It's okay! It.. happens. Also I'm thinking maybe you shouldn't step on the gas like you want to uhm... kill a bug?

[ She sends a reassuring look to Josh, just to make sure he isn't embarrassed or anything. ]

[She knows that you're probably not awake, but she sent this one way early on purpose.]

[ She was the new kid, Brig thinks to himself. Must be hard that we'd just gotten used to each other, and now suddenly we're apart again. ]

I'm not feeling today really and Kitty's been asking me if we could go out for the morning. Mind if we drop by? Maybe we could introduce her and your brother to each other.

[ Kitty is in fact making "snow angels" on the carpet in front of Brig, letting him know she's extremely bored. ]

Those are so unhealthy. :( but again that's just me, lol.
We have a bunch of snacks here that we can munch on, don't worry :)

[ Not that she has to watch her figure. If anything, she thinks she has a smashing bod. Most of her food preferences come from her mom who really does watch what she eats; not too much fried and oily food in this household, yo. No wonder her mom ages so gracefully. ]

[ That is a REALLY good idea, she thinks. Plus, she's bored and Roy's been itching to have new playmates. The kid has warmed up to people a lot, much to their relief. ]

Aww!! Roy would love Kitty :) I think my other siblings are at home too, they can all play together!

[ Feeling her phone buzz next to her face. Clumsily getting it and reading it:

Lia. Great Hall. Break.. breakfast. *Yawn* Assignment.. Special-- assignment?

That wakes her up a bit, enough for her to sit up, stretch, then get up from bed. She's notifying their cook that she won't be around for breakfast. ]

[ And since normal people eat breakfast at around 7AM, she dozes off til her alarm set for 6:30AM rings.

Getting up now, changing, kissing her parents and siblings goodbye, then goes off to the Great Hall. ]

[The promptness of the response is a pleasant surprise. She doesn't bother texting again, though: it's enough.

She is downstairs, of course, with the rest. Once she spots Brianna, however, she's nodding to her usual companions and moving to the table where the War Hounds usually sit.]

[ Brig has mouthed to Kitty that they're going out and she immediately bounds off the floor to change. She's excited. ]

[ Brig arrives at the Lopez residence gate about 25 minutes later. He couldn't help himself, he passed by a nearby McDonald's to French Fries. Hopefully these Brianna can eat. He rings the doorbell. ]

[ She has happily skipped over to their usual table, and waits for Lia to approach her.

Normally, she'd approach Lia herself, but she's talking to some Malice Kings. She smiles as Lia walks her way. ]

Good morning, ma'am Lia!

[ This girl is a morning person, yo. ]

[ Her parents L O V E guests. ]
