A Late Birthday Party / MAY 26, 2063 Night

[ After a short "vacation" at Tokyo, Brianna sends a text to her friends. It's a general invitation that stretches from her blade mates to her mentors, to well, the whole of Netsach (as long as she knows them. Also extends to some Zangyaku friends). Of course, she asks her parents for permission first. ]

Hello friend! It would make me very happy if you could make it to Haven this Saturday to celebrate my 520th birthday. Drinks on me. :)

And yes I agree, we should all dance with her once tonight. Maybe even Yulia. [ He chuckles at the thought ] I'm sure she can't be as bad a dancer as I am. [ Brig has only ever danced basic ballroom I believe ]

[The lights of Haven distract him ever so slightly as they drink. It's... nice. To dress up, go out. Kaz hasn't done it in a long time, but yeah, tonight he's definitely slipping into a comfortable pair of shoes.]

Yeah, Brianna's guests include a pretty all-star cast. I've seen the Malice Queen, Inquisitors Kyriff and Selene Vega. I think I spotted your Aunt Deirdra as well. Who have you seen?

Well... Yulia. I saw Rethe near the DJ Booth, getting ready to spin, which will be amazing. I really hope he uses that Fall Out Boy mix.

[Is Kaz a Rethe Kyriff fanboy? Yes, yes he is.]

Aunt D? So I guess maybe Uncle Gid's around too.

You really should just call him Rethe. He's not on-duty as a Hunter right now, he's just this awesome DJ.

[ Brigade chuckles and gives Kaz a friendly pat ] It's all right. He's an angel. Hard not to appreciate that. [ And he veers the conversation away from that direction because he doesn't want Kaz to turn even more pink ] So whose style do you prefer? Inquistor Kyriff's or Selene Vega's?

I-I like them both. They have specific styles and well, different music styles for different moods is the way I like to listen.

[He actually has Daft Punk mixes on his phone for when he's at the shooting range.]
