[ Don't worry, Bri. He won't tell a single soul. ]

Yeah... yeah, I think we should. [ Grinning now. ] Man. And that is just Kitkat.

We gotta go look for more shops to hit up after this.

[ A beat, and then: ] And then you need to tell me what you'd like as a birthday present.

[ At first, she's nodding but the latter statement takes her by surprise. ]

I actually... don't have anything specific in mind. [ A sheepish smile at Josh. ]

Maybe we'll find something in one of these stores?

[larue]

[ He's going to answer that sheepish smile with an encouraging one of his own. ]

C'mon, Bri... there must be something.

[ He's being incredibly... earnest. He really does want to get Brianna a present. ]

[ She smiles at Josh. ]

Thanks. I'm sure we'll find something! Contrary to what people think, it's not really that hard to make me happy. I'm... [ She pauses for a bit. ] ...a bit mababaw like that. [ She says that in the MOST broken Tagalog accent. ]

[ And he's going to bite back the chuckle at hearing that, before sobering up a little to say: ] Well, I guess we better go look then.

[ He narrows his eyes conspiratorially. ] After we grab some more candy.

Sounds like a perfect plan.

[ And she offers to point out more delicious candy, ones she has already tried, and the ones that just look so damn good. ]
